Pea and ham soup topped with crisp mint leaves
Coronation chicken roulade corn salad curried scented yogurt
Prawn avocado and crab salad pickled cucumber and Marie Rose sauce
Smoked cheese and mushrooms beignets crushed walnut and pear salad, blue cheese dressing
Fan of Galia melon pineapple, plum and strawberry cocktail, lemon sorbet

MAIN COURSE

Roast sirloin of prime Lakeland beef served with Yorkshire pudding and seasoned pan juices
Pan seared chicken supreme cream Savoy cabbage, charred chicory
Roast leg of Cumbrian fellbred lamb with rosemary reduction
Grilled Atlantic cod loin vegetable and crab bouillabaisse topped with a herb crumb
Vegetable, halloumi and pea risotto finished with truffle oil

Came for afternoon tea this time with friends. Plenty of freshly made cakes, sandwiches and we even had a glass of fizz! Didn’t use the pool which apparently you can.
