    We are a family owned 4 star town centre hotel with 80+ bedrooms, 3 F&B operations and function facilities for 250+.  We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and ambitious Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous or relevant experience combined with a strong customer service ethos.

    As a key member of the team, you will support the General Manager in delivering operationally and also promoting the business within the local leisure and business communities.  You will also have experience in managing and training people, delivering large scale events and preferably marketing and sales.

    We are looking for a motivated, organised Coffee House Manager to join our team. This is an exciting time as we are refurbishing and re-launching our menu at the Central Coffee House.  The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar setting in customer service and food preparation. You will be required to cook and take a hands on approach, as well as managing the team and ensuring high food safety and hygiene standards and offering excellent customer service.
    Main Duties
  • Managing the till and cash handling on the EPOS till
  • Overseeing and cooking consistently high quality food and drinks including supporting the development of new menus
  • Supervising and training a small team and managing staff rotas
  • Meeting high levels of hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Controlling costs and stock to maximise profitability
  • Offering excellent customer service skills to existing and new customers

This role is full time (approx. 40 hours per week) and will include 3 breakfast shifts and 2 full days off. Salary is dependent on experience.

    Chef de Partie required for busy 4* hotel. We are looking for someone who wishes to develop their skills and further their career within a professional kitchen. You will be expected to prepare, produce and serve food across our different food outlets from fine dining to functions for 250 guests.
