DUTY MANAGER – FULL TIME – PERMENANT
We are a family owned 4 star town centre hotel with 80+ bedrooms, 3 F&B operations and function facilities for 250+. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and ambitious Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous or relevant experience combined with a strong customer service ethos.
As a key member of the team, you will support the General Manager in delivering operationally and also promoting the business within the local leisure and business communities. You will also have experience in managing and training people, delivering large scale events and preferably marketing and sales.
In return, we will offer a competitive management salary for the right candidate, 3 nights off per week and loyalty and merit scheme. We pride ourselves in having many long term staff and continually investing in our facilities. Programmed works for 2019 include corridors, coffee house and leisure.
