Sous Chef – 1 x Full Time or 2 x Part Time (will consider both options for right candidate) PERMANENT POSITION – WE WILL PAY MORE FOR EXPERIENCE – Experienced chef required cooking at Sous Chef level, cooking to a one rosette standard is preferred for the busy 4* Washington Central Hotel in Workington. This role will assist the Head Chef in menu planning, have a high level of food standards, work well in a small passionate team and have experience in a wide range of foods. Food outlets include coffee shop, bar, bistro and functions up to 250 people.
Chef de Partie – 1 x Full Time or 2 x Part Time (will consider both options for right candidate) PERMANENT POSITION – WE WILL PAY MORE FOR EXPERIENCE Experienced enthusiastic Chef de Partie required for busy 4* Washington Central Hotel, Workington. We are looking for someone who wishes to develop their skills and further their career within a professional kitchen. You will be expected to prepare, produce and serve food across our different food outlets from fine dining to functions for 250 guests.
