    39 hours per week – 3 week rota including weekends and evenings
    We are looking for a receptionist to support our existing team on our busy reception desk. The right candidate will have experience in customer service and administration but full training will be provided for the right candidate. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out and offering warm, friendly and professional service. You must be IT literate and have worked in a fast paced customer facing role.

    We are looking for a motivated, organised Coffee House Manager to join our team. This is an exciting time as we are refurbishing and re-launching our menu at the Central Coffee House.  The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar setting in customer service and food preparation. You will be required to cook and take a hands on approach, as well as managing the team and ensuring high food safety and hygiene standards and offering excellent customer service.
    Main Duties

  • Managing the till and cash handling on the EPOS till
  • Overseeing and cooking consistently high quality food and drinks including supporting the development of new menus
  • Supervising and training a small team and managing staff rotas
  • Meeting high levels of hygiene and health and safety standards
  • Controlling costs and stock to maximise profitability
  • Offering excellent customer service skills to existing and new customers

This role is full time (approx. 40 hours per week) and will include 3 breakfast shifts and 2 full days off. Salary is dependent on experience.

    Chef de Partie required for busy 4* hotel. We are looking for someone who wishes to develop their skills and further their career within a professional kitchen. You will be expected to prepare, produce and serve food across our different food outlets from fine dining to functions for 250 guests.
