To Begin – Love at First Bite

Cupid’s Cullen Skink – Silky smoked haddock, potato and leek velouté. Warm artisan roll, whipped cultured butter.

First Kiss Beef Carpaccio (CB / GF) – Delicately seared beef, parmesan whip, caper and parsley dressing. Toasted pine nuts, wild rocket, charred sourdough.

Ocean’s Embrace (CB / GF) – Grilled king prawns and hand-dived king scallop. Smoked garlic butter, homemade anchovy focaccia.

Passionate Harissa Kebab (V / Ve / GF) – Grilled halloumi or tofu, charred pak choi. Minted yoghurt.

Mains – Made for Two

Heart of Cumbria Beef Fillet (GF) – 6oz beef fillet crowned with garlic and herb bone marrow butter. Triple-cooked chips, Roscoff onion confit, tenderstem broccoli. Stilton or cracked black peppercorn sauce.

Chicken Supreme – Lovers’ Melody – Succulent chicken supreme. Homemade mushroom tagliatelle. Glazed heritage carrots, bacon and tarragon velouté.

Lovers’ Brill (GF) – Grilled brill fillet. Creamed spinach, cocotte potatoes. Poached cockles and mussels.

Romance on the Bone (GF) – Grilled lamb chops. Minted crushed new potatoes. Courgette, peas and charred baby gem. Redcurrant jus.

Garden of Love (V / Ve) – Butternut squash and roasted vegetable terrine. Boulanger potatoes, sugar snap peas. Wild mushroom sauce.

Sweet Endings – Love, Actually

Rhubarb in Romance – Forced rhubarb three ways. Crumble, poached rhubarb and vanilla panna cotta.

Happily Ever After Profiteroles – Light choux pastry filled with Chantilly cream. Finished with warm chocolate sauce.

Still Sticky for You – Homemade sticky toffee pudding. Rich butterscotch sauce.

Sweet Obsession
Caramel Biscoff cheesecake. Honeycomb ice cream.
