Following the success of our previous tasting menus, we’re bringing it back—this time with the freshest Autumn ingredients!

But don’t worry—this isn’t just any tasting menu. It’s hearty, with a choice of dishes to ensure you leave fully satisfied plus a welcome drink!

Sample Six Course Tasting Menu – The below menu is an idea of what we will serve from our Summer Tasting Menu

ONE – To begin
Smoked duck with chard baby gem, orange and pickled radish salad and soy and ginger glaze GF
OR
Grilled yellow courgette with pickled tomatoes, marinated feta, flatbread and a salsa Verdi V or VE

TWO – From the sea
Pan seared octopus with roasted cherry tomatoes and a salsa Verde
OR
Torched mackerel fillet with sweet and sour beets shallot rings and caper soured cream

THREE – Soup
Cream of vegetable soup V / GF

Jerusalem artichoke and fennel soup

FOUR – From the Farm
Monkfish ossobuco with crushed Jersey Royals , charred asparagus and clam and King prawn bisque

Loin of Lakeland lamb with mint and rosemary mousse, sweetbreads, Bollinger potatoes wild mushrooms and cherry jus

6 hour roasted sweet potatoes, stewed pea, cabbage and carrot parcel bay leaf confit with carrot and vegetables stew V VE
